1.Opening of the account
What is required to open a personal account?
To become the personal account holder SafePay, it is necessary:
press «Get New Account» on www.safepaycard.com;
enter required information;
you will be sent the letter for confirmation of registration to your e-mail address specified during your registration . You will need to execute all the actions specified in it;
the account is activated right after confirmation of registration.
If I close my account in the system SafePay, can I open it again?
After closing the account in SafePay you may open the account again, but for this purpose you will need to contact us using following contact

Why the confirmation letter of my registration does not come to me?
If you have not received the letter confirming your registration, first of all check Junk mail folder in your mailbox. If there are no any letters from us, please, wait 2-3 hours from the moment of registration. The delay can be connected with troubles of delivery mails to your post server. If you still have not received any letter confirming your registration please contact us.

How can I change my password?
Please access your account in SafePay. Click on
Profile.

Opposite to your current password press сhange?

Fill all fields and press Submit.

I forgot my password. How can I restore it?
If you cannot remember the password, use function Forgot password? On your e-mail address will sent instructions on restoration of the password which you can change at any moment.
2.Using the account
How can I find out number of my account in the system of SafePay?
For incoming bank payments and receiving of transactions from other systems, and also identification of clients in system SafePay is used client’s e-mail address passing registration in the system. Number of your account/ Your account ID is your e-mail address.
3.Deposit
What data is it necessary to specify for making deposit by bank transfer?
After you choose currency of your payment, press
From Bank Wire to your account under the chosen currency.

Then go to the step 2. Fill required fields down and press Continue.

After press Continue go to the step 3. Simply confirm the correctness of entered information by press Make transaction.

Then you will get all requisites to deposit your account by bankwire.
Can the third party deposit to my account in SafePay by bank wire transaction?
You are attempting a strictly disallowed third party deposit if you ask someone else to transfer funds from his third party bank account to our bank account stating your User ID or E-mail in the payment reference. You will be charged all banking and administrative costs to return any such payment. Please understand that applicable anti-money laundering regulations do not allow us to make any exception from these rules.
All funds must originate from a bank account held in your name!
4.Payments
4.1.Make payments
May I cancel my payment’s order, which was already executed?
If the transfer is still pending, you can cancel it at any time. If the transfer is completed, SafePay cannot reverse the payment anymore. We recommend you to contact the recipient directly and make arrangements with him/her to return the money to you.
My payment has been lost. What to do?
If you are really confident that your payment has been lost, then contact us using the Message Tool in your account. Specify the information about lost payment in the text of the letter.

What is the SWIFT code?
The SWIFT address is an 8 or 11 characters long international standard uniquely identifying your financial institution (your bank). The SWIFT address is also known as BIC (=Bank Identifier Code). Please contact your bank for details.
What is the IBAN?
IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is a bank account granted to clients in banks and credit institutions according to the international ISO13616 standard.
In each country the length of IBAN account number may be different – even up to 34 letter and digit signs, which consist of:
2 letter country code
2 verification digits
bank code
bank’s client’s account number (0-9,A-Z)

6.1.SafePay VISA Virtual
What is CVV2?
The card verification code (CVC2) is a 3 digit number which is not part of the credit card number. The number appears only on the credit card itself (not on receipts or statements), so provides some assurance that the physical card is in the possession of the buyer. This reduces the chance of fraudulent card use.
For Visa, and MasterCard, the code is the last 3 digits of the number printed on the back of the credit card in the signature field. See the images below to help find the code on your card.
What do I have to do for protection of my personal information?
To ensure security, do not disclose your password, CVV2 number and/or PIN to anyone. At no time will SafePay Account Holder Services ask you to divulge account information. This includes your CVV2 number, your security question, your security answer, your password and your PIN. All security information is intended for use on our secure website only.
Exception: Some Merchants will require you to provide your virtual card SafePay Visa CVV2 number and expiration date to complete a transaction on the Internet.
Additionally, please remember to do the following:
Sign your Visa Card as soon as you receive it.
Keep your virtual card SafePay Visa and CVV2 information in a secure location.
Destroy and dispose of receipts, airlines tickets, travel itineraries and anything that displays your card numbers, CVV2 numbers and/or PIN.
Memorize your сard PIN.
7.Safety
Is the system SafePay safe?
System SafePay is very safe and reliable. But in the Internet, a lot of swindlers are trying to get money fraudulently. If you voluntary will give the money to swindlers, we cannot guarantee to return of your money back, but we shall do all possible to help you.
Do you encrypt the connection?
Data exchange between a browser of the user and a web-server of payment system is protected by means of SSL with long a key 128-bit. The server of payment system for the identification represents the so-called certificate - the file containing opened key and other parameters, describing a server. If the certificate is not signed or signed by the unknown person, the client will be informed about it and communication does not occur. After identification of a server, it is generated temporary and operating only during this session of communication a key, which a server and the user in the further will code the sent information.
How can I find out, that incoming mail is really from SafePay?
If the e-mail asks or instructs you to access your SafePay account via a hypertext link then it is not from SafePay. For your security, please do not click hypertext links in unsolicited e-mail and do not fill out forms in e-mail messages.
For the security of your SafePay account, we urge you to carefully read and practice all of these recommendations.
How to protect yourself from swindlers?
Do not reveal your passwords to anyone, do not store the written down passwords, where malefactors can find them. Do not enter the password on strange sites. Use antivirus and other protective programs, on a regular basis update the software.
Do not enter the password from another's computer if you are not assured of safety. On another's computer can be installed a stealing passwords program. Do not pay money if the offer seems to you doubtful.
What are the financial pyramids and how your system concerns to them?
Financial pyramid is a situation, occurring as a result of attraction of monetary funds from investors to a certain investment project, when the current financial rate of return of the project appears lower than the rate of attraction of investment, and organizers redistribute and use in their own personal interests the monetary funds, received from the pyramid participants under high interest rates promise. A logical result of such a situation is bankruptcy of the project and losses sustained by latter investors.
The specified activity breaks norms of SafePay’s “Terms of use”. SafePay blocks accounts of all participants of pyramids about which it becomes known.
Is it safe to deposit funds to my SafePay account using my credit card?
We do not store any information on your credit card. Information about a credit card is entered by the client in the protected mode on payment page of the bank-acquirer, which has been passed certification of international payment systems Visa and MasterCard, including the safety of work with personal data. System SafePay does not work directly with data of credit cards and does not store any information about them.
8.Technical questions
What is the turing number?
Turing number is completely automated public number (the computer test) used to define, whether the person uses system. The basic idea of using this number: to offer the user number in such kind, in which figures will be easily defined by the person, but not computer.
What is SSL?
Transport Layer Security (TLS) and its predecessor, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), are cryptographic protocols that provide secure communications on the Internet for such things as web browsing, e-mail, Internet faxing, instant messaging and other data transfers. There are slight differences between SSL and TLS, but the protocol remains substantially the same. The term "TLS" as used here applies to both protocols unless clarified by context.
How exactly does your system transfer money by mail?
The e-mail is used for delivery of messages to participants of transaction. When transaction is done, both participants of transaction receive appropriate messages by e-mail (one about sending money, another about their receiving). If the receiver of money at the moment of sending payment to him/her has not been registered in system SafePay, the invitation to registration will be sent him/her by e-mail.

SafePay is not bank. SafePay is a trade mark of SIA "Transact Pro", registered in 2004 as a Financial Institution with the Bank of Latvia and incorporated with the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia (E.U.) under the registration number 41503033127.
